DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If you notice damage to your order you have 1 calendar day to submit photographic evidence to info@ulrikajarl.com in order to receive a refund.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a complaint. Do not collect a damage package. If you do not discover the damage until you opened the package and the damage is of a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the delivery company, you should contact them and make a complaint. If a possible dispute with the post office or the delivery company cannot be resolved, please contact us.
Ulrika Jarl will be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage you may suffer as a breach of these terms of sale or as a result of my negligence. I will not be responsible for any damage that is unforeseeable.
EVENTS OUTSIDE MY CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
I will not be liable for any delay in delivering your goods where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond my control. Such cases include, but are not limited to; power failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, acts of war, epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond my reasonable control.
I will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. I will take all reasonable steps to minimise the delay. I will inform you when the event outside my control has ended and provide details of new dates or availability. Any time limit will be extended accordingly.
If the event outside my control continues for more than 14 days I will cancel the order and inform you of the cancellation.
Any refunds due to you will be paid as soon as is reasonably possible and in any event within 14 calendar days of the date of cancelled order.
If the event outside my control continues for more than 14 days, you the customer may cancel the order at any time.
